I don't remember it title but it have a scene wherein the other boy have many bruises/ wound on his face while speaking to his mother and suddenly the other boy saw it afterwards the boy with wound welcome the other boy in his house and he confess and cry. So on as so for. I thinks its in chapter 4 or 5 of its manga
