She doesn't really get jealous with any of the other girls. I think it's more about how he 'acquired' the new girl. Their situations were similar enough where I think she probably identifies with the homunculus but because of that she also feels replaceable I'm guessing.

Im seriously thinking of dropping this. The romance is so forced and the hyper sexualisation of Reina is so over the top. Just look at how she's drown/dressed in chapter 229. It's a good story but the romance plot is being poorly handled and it was unnecessary
