If you're looking for an actual proper DID representation, this isn't it. DID has so many layers and is much more complicated than what was shown here.

I dont hate the MC because of the fact that he sleeps around. Everyone can do that. The reason why I hate him (and yes even with the tragic backstory) is because of the fact that he's hurting a lot of people because of his indecisiveness. Do you wanna go out with the green dude or the blonde dude? He's so out of touch and can't see anybody else except for himself. Such a selfish person. Honestly the green haired dude and the blonde dude should just drop the MC until he fixes himself. Or better yet the two ML should just date each other
