The doctor didn't tell Cain and Gyeong-joon he's the guy they're looking for. Then Sid suddenly arrived concluding the doctor is dead. Well, a lot of dialogues... until the doctor said something about the compass (the compass Cain gave to Sid in order to find the doctor). Idk how but how I understood it was Cain got mad because Sid would still have the compass even the doctor being dead. Cain trusted Sid so much. Then a fight broke out, Cain cut in half (UH? Idk, but that's what Gyeong Joon said). Cain then started to kinda swallow this black stuff from the demons (the doctor and the pink guy) which is kinda their life source (I said this because they said they'd die if it continues). Then, the doctor saw Gyeong Joon crying and saying he'll stay with Cain, he decided to do the healing. And then there it goes the healing and the smex scenes and... Satan's army showing up in the real world (under Sid's command?) and... doctor getting hit by the attacks and the damages in his body in healing.

Looking for ages? I don't know why Satan would look for them unless he knows the doctor's potential, he probably will and is doing so to keep Cain from healing or for his own injuries.

Tapas made a mistake which was Hangyum the idol was supposed to be going by Han in present day. Tapas just changed and covered up things. Making things more complicated. Many has been confused. The fan translations group which are closer to the real Korean story are working to get the chapters up. So some of the confusion that exists in the Tapas version will not exist in the fan translations.

Chapter 21 Hanwool knew only the name of Hajin because when Hangyum was being heartbroken in bed saying his name over and over.

Chapter 27-28 is the first time Hajin and Hanwool Mets each other. Which is present day.
