nope, he was awake the whole time while looking after the very injured thomas andre... since thomas got beaten up quite badly he couldn't really stand up to watch what was happening so he would ask the german hunter at times for updates about what was happening
Tbh its been months since I last read the novel so my memory is a bit fuzzy but I guess we read different versions of the story? Or maybe they just cutted that part out of the manhwa. The manwha cuts off lots of parts from the novel, anyways the manhwa definitely did the german dude justice. Not only is he hella hot in the manhwa, he also came out safe lmao. (≧∀≦)
