The characters are complex and well written, the relationship has struggles they all have to overcome together which is really nice.
Despite one being an alien i feel like its really realistic relationship wise, and even more so sex wise by how many times they just break „the mood” by talking. I dont know if it was intentional but to me it shows just how close they are that they can talk about anything and sometimes even make awkward conversations during the most intimate moments. I Know it might not sound like a lot but many people dont realize what level of comfort you have to feel next to someone to be able to do that without feeling like theyre gonna judge you.
Its just wrong to investigate anyone like that, she can be an ally im not saying she isnt but at the same time you just should never violate someone privacy in that way
