I found it pretty clear tho. Well it depends on person as well but after that many thing happened garam said in few chap back that he wouldn't break up if jk asked him and now he wants to. You think jk should just break up? And then they took a break then jk started living near his new place and started annoying him in classes like as FRIENDS gram wanted to be. Garam hot sick (literal I'll) from stress and everything, jk took him to hospital and shit happened and garam still didn't wanted to come back and let me take care of him. And jk disappear from his like how garam wanted. Jk went study abroad without informing garam. That's how they ended things.
Like in previous comments you said, I guess u might not remember cause u not reading but jk is not chasing after garam, they are in relationship. And he accepted himself as gay. Even when garam said you just like me you are not gay actually, jk was the one who said if I have feelings for you that makes me gay. Not garam sexual.

I don't know, I still don't like Hyesung's mom but I can't entirely hate her. I absolutely despised the sperm donor of Hyesung and mom's ex husband. I'm not justifying her actions of abandoning Hyesung but she was abused in her entire marriage and nearly sold to other Alphas. I mean, I hate how she abandoned her son but I can't judge her as she was also a victim of the douchebag. And she got her karma as she was alone now and was abandoned by her new family and only Hyesung's husband Dojin was helping her. It's and I'm not saying that Hyesung should forgive her because I will always be on Hyesung's side as Dojin and Byul and want him to be happy as always.
I love the last part where he just clings on Dojin. They really are soulmates. Love it.
