I haven’t had any motivation to do my school work, job and the little activities I used to do. I asked someone how do I become interested in my school work and I told I’m failing and lazy, but they said that I might be depressed.

When I had those moments, what helped me the most was planning and recalling my goals n motivations. I forced myself to do things in a day as I planned n little by little I regained my "energy"
