Does anyone recall a yaoi (more likely manhwa/manhua) where the setting is like a bar(I can't recall but it's like cobra or something)
The leads are the owner of the establishment (Seme) and the other one is used to be the part timer then he become a host (Uke).
After the contract signing, the seme was stabbed by subordinates, then they took over the business, but the uke already signed the contract so he cant run, and the new owner abuses him and force him to renew the contract every time so he can't escape.
In the end the seme returned and the uke convinced one of his rich simp to buy him off, so he doesn't have to work for the business again, and then he run with the seme

I've read a manga a long time ago where the mc(uke) was very good at casino games, and if I'm not mistaken the first scene took place on a bar, then he was about to get hit by a car, which was the seme's car, then he asked the uke if he wants to participate in gambling to earn money, the premise is the seme will provide the initial money then the user will get a cut on the winnings, then the uke took it because he wants to own the reclaim the business of his adoptive parents after their real son sold it to gangsters after inheting it from them.
If I'm not mistaken, the real son of the uke's adoptive parents was caught by the seme's group (he was beaten up by the seme's group), then he gave the uke the decision on whether how he wants to punish him, and that's what I can remember
