(i think first assumed it was immediate death for clifford cuz the wound was deep/directly bitten + no idea about holy blood
which is similar but different to first.. iirc... first's past injuries had scratches that arent too deep
and the ampoules... what i got from that specific scene is that-- Ramirez was hiding her wound, which led first to step close without hesitation cuz he didnt know... (idk weird for a med student))
