The main character is a Uke and he works at a brothel. I'm pretty sure he has to take pills everyday to stay alive? I can remember a lot of the story but I'm pretty sure all the people that work in the brothel takes pills as well. Anyways the seme comes and kills a bunch of people (I think) and he ends up taking the uke with him?
