It’s a web/otaku term used to describe like something cute/ endearing a character does? Like for example: I love the more gap of a delinquent character that’s comes off scary but is secretly caring.

Just look up what gap moe is, it’s the same

kind of like the feeling when a character you like acted cutely, or you find them cute/adorable that can make you squeel in delight like, "omggg they're so cute!!" "heart attack!" feeling.

The word Moe is kind of outdated now... last time I remember seeing weebs use it online was like 2013

if you do happen to notice that the comments you’ve been posting aren’t showing up, copy and paste the link of your homepage (as in your profile with your lists, mangas and posts), and ask a friend (obviously someone who already knows about this—let’s not spread it yk) to click it. if your account isn’t showing up for them, then you have most likely been restricted.

How/why do accs get restricted?

well it depends on what you did. the easiest way to get restricted is by spamming the topics section with manga unrelated content and/or posting messages or replies others may have found disturbing. i believe you get a fixed amount of strikes and if you keep repeating your actions you will just go poof. someone made a troll account a few years ago on here and repeatedly got banned. just don’t put any hate out there and follow the rules haha.
