I’m so sad that their story has finally come to an end. We won’t get to see any more of their story beyond these chapters. I feel sad. This was one of my favorites. I will still always love it. I hope that the DG, Jiwon, Chanwoo and MD keep being happy.

but I think the sister still gave birth earlier because of the stress of her (the MC) getting kidnapped and she thought it was her fault cuz the MC sacrificed herself and got kidnapped instead.
This is just my assumption and theory tho. We still dunno what the Sister's life was like in the past when she got kidnapped. So take it with a grain of salt ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
