theory: doc is an asshole who always played with peoples heart he find interesting and dumps them before they come too close. dojun is one of them but before he could back away dojun confesses. i think the doc was planning on rejecting him but seeing dojun sad pained him too much so he immediately lied. i think whats gonna happen is doc is gonna fall helplessly in love with dojun while dojuns sibling is gonna unveil docs true nature to him and causing a bunch of drama. maybe theres a back story to why doc acts this way we dont know~
