Also remember that Seth went into Horus' room with intent to rape him. Just like he originally planned to do to Isis.
He's a victim but he's still an asshole. And something took over Horus' body when he turned on Seth.
Furthermore Seth just proposed hunting and killing all of his family for sport. Some of those Gods had nothing at all to do with what happened to Seth.
Seth may have been through a lot but he is just as bad as every other character in the story.

Yeah he's definitely not without sin but i think it's understandable why he basically went mad and lost all reason (of course that doesn't make it okay, but he's a prime example of a villain who is made not born). I think the root cause pretty much falls onto Osiris
