They all admire the MC and even that queen bee is suspiciously thick. The moment they start turning into humans it's the moment they'll all cross the line. Hence why I said I don’t want this to be a harem. I want them all to stay in their lane in their own race
But we've already seen the dragons take human form. It's not really a privilege any other species has (that we know of).
