You can report the comments but I'm not sure about the account

here:
METHOD 1: White flag process.
- select any manga
- report under 'Other'
- include a link to Donut's profile
- (optional) include links to his topic that are offensive or report-worthy
- state the reason of your report

METHOD 2: Report each and every topic created that is report-worthy.
- beside the thumbs up and down buttons, there's a report option
- select which category the topics fall on
- (optional) expound/explain why you reported the topic

METHOD 3: MGo message board.
- raise you concern by posting it on this site's official account https://www.mangago.me/home/people/1/home/
- include a link to Donut's profile
- (optional) include links to his topic that are offensive or report-worthy

METHOD 4: MGo direct message.

- (instructions on the report format is same as in Method 3)

You can only report acc to devs of the website if they actually did something bad like posting graphic images and videos. For one instance an acc was posting their own self harm pics, and i think the acc was reported. But I think for this acc may pass since they're just using "free speech" (though it is (or might) be sexist and transphobic). So just report the comments hehe
