my heart breaks for navier. she really is a true empress. she is kind while still knowing how to play the games of the court. she’s a badass with class. she is everything a leader is and should be. she cares about her country and her people so much and deserves the world for all she does. even after being treated like shit by the emperor and being traded for trashta and being forced to leave her empire (the empire she was raised to rule and love) to rule another kingdom, she holds no hatred or resentment toward her country and her people. the emperor and trashta will get what’s coming them way. i cant wait to see the empire fall with trashta as empress and for sovieshit to realize how much he needed and relies on navier.
ikr!! I know I shouldn't be comparing ppl but trashta should not be crown empress as the court is a very dangerous place and she would have to rely on someone to always protect her. ahhh yay i’m so happy that there’s a good/healthy sibling dynamic here. it’s honestly so refreshing to see, usually authors make siblings to the main character their rivals and stuff or they make them mean to each other but i’m happy to see that here they’re supportive of each other while still having that bantering/bickering thing that all siblings do
