I'm pretty sure the first and last phobias were due to experiences when I was just a baby. Apparently, I was adventurous and mischievous so I often disappeared and could be found climbing something I had no business climbing, then falling. My dad was deployed for a few months when he was in the Navy; my mom was really lonely with just me and our family dog. She spent most of her time working or talking on the phone with her sisters. But, the rest of the time she would get really worked up about what the dog did: eat her fake flowers, throw up on the carpet, yank her around on walks. ...... reply
