It is a manhwa. Its about a coulple that got married, made a business together. Then the uke left the business to the seme and the seme started to act like a bastard, got a lover was not home and so on. Just the lorst piece of shit. Them ee find out that the uke is sick i think it was cancer. He didn't telo the shit of a husband. The doctor fell in love with the uke.
I literally cried my eyes out and lanted to beat up the seme.
