Actually that's the point of this whole dark humor thingy. It's a ridiculous situation, so bad we laugh at it but also feel horrible after laughing. The guy was raped, everybody knew but clearly thought lightly of it, the rapist even called it love. If Harada really did brush thing over then they wouldn't show us his scared and traumatized behaviour again and again.
Imo, by letting every other characters except for Kuzuya himself take it lightly, the manga makes sure we see how messed up this is and feel uncomfortable about the whole thing, thus can in no way casually accept or romanticize rape, not like in many other yaoi stories.
i think the way they react to rape is kinda realistic to me because ive known people around me that has been raped but the people just feel bad but dont actually do anything. idk they remind me of the black haired seke so idk if thats how the people are in some places.
also this is harada. their light mangas have dark humor still. nothing is pure fluff with harada
