Yes Vivian and Hugo do end up conceiving their daughter but it’s towards the end of the book. It’s after they say I love you for the first time. Phillip does not need to meet with Vivian because he’s the one who altered her migraine medication to help her conceive, it’ll just take about a year for her from where we are now in the story.
what but i guess her pregnancy will not be a problem for them right..

Nope they’re just surprised(and slightly concerned) but they’re happy about their baby! Also Anna stays annoying but she isn’t staying for too long!
