I don’t need to cite a chapter because this is all exactly what the vampire did, and that’s why the vampire hundred year age gaps are gross, because it’s just textbook grooming. This is a victim and his groomer in a relationship.
Multiple times Edward has also gone behind Juan’s back and disregarded the need to even ask for consent, specifically in his action to impregnate him and then in his abortion plan. Edward has shown that he is a groomer because groomers don’t actually care about the emotional health of their victims, they only care that they stay dependent on them and they listen to what they say.

The side story was like a proper story with a bit of extra background called 60 previous chapters xD I think I'll be using more often this new method of mine: you read the side stories first and if you're curious enough about how the couple got there, you can read "the flashbacks" aka the original story made of 1288421 chapters full of "imma gonna beat around the bush you wait for me"
I really, really like how lovey dokey and sexual they both are, it comes to them so naturally... as it should be bc it portrays almost perfectly the intimacy of an established couple. 10/10 on that point.
