He was a minor character from the original pearl boy story (that guy who briefly took care of Jooha when he was in dooshik's seoul apartment). The whole syringe thing is I'm not entirely sure about though, taking their line of work into account it's possible that he keeps those things close by and accessible for emergencies?

Their age has been revealed on their X account. Shuraka was 9 and Tei was 22 when they first met. Then they spend 3 years together before separation. 12 years passed and Shuraka is 24 while Tei is 37
