I'm probs late to answer this but that's not internal bleeding, unless your whole hand is 10/10 in extreme pain then go to hospital, it's just a bruise. Kinda like a hickey ig? Try applying a bit of pressure on the bruise (pressing on it with your other finger/s or pencap or something) and if turns pale then back to its old color then you don't ne......   1 reply
