He hid hickeys from the extremely jealous crazy one but the crazy one already knew about the other relationships he just didn't wanna be reminded, and the friend literally spoke to the mc about his other relationships and was aware. The only boyfriend was the the third side boyfriend, but seeing how the mc was open about his relationships to the other 3 i think he probably might've told the last one too, considering. It was more of an open relationship although he wasn't able to conduct it properly and communicate properly and knew his partners weren't actually okay with it but it wasn't cheating technically.
