More often than not, other series begin with people uploading just a single chapter as a 'one-shot,' but there's usually more to come. Maybe I'm just in denial, but there are lots of times when one-shots turn out to be the beginning of a whole series.
I encountered this a few years back, but never returned to it. Just pondering the weight of being the initial wife in such circumstances, where the husband has taken two more wives has to feel like shit.
