This better not become a harem. He already has a wife and the author set it up as a first love/ true love. If it turns out to be a harem then this will make the ml look like a complete a******, which would be the complete opposite of what he is because right now he seems like a sincere, monogamous hero. And Flora will be just pitiful to have her husband just cheat on her. It will definitely change the whole tone of the story. Geez I'm tempted to just drop it so I can just forever believe the ml and fl live happily together rather then see a harem suddenly pop up.
I definitely don't like the father. Why is he letting the tutor dictate the treatment of his family? I would understand if the teacher was hiding his abuse but he's being hurtful and disrespectful in the open. The father seems to love the mc so why let the teacher act like that? I mean can't he just hire a new teacher? One that's not crazy and obviously manipulating the older brother?!!
That madafaking tutor made an agreement with the head of the family that he will only teach Zeros and recommend him to the Magic Guild if they would let him act however he wants to. As a father, the only thing that he can do is suffer in regret since he wasn't able to protect his illegitimate son. He was born as a commoner and was just granted a Baron Title because of his contributions. That's why growing up as a commoner the head wasn't able to go against the dickhead tutor since he might ruin the chances for Zeros to learn more magic and enter the magic guild.
It's pretty harsh but as a head of the family the only thing that he can do is suffer from silent and sacrifice the illegitimate son in order for his heir to succeed.
