I’m a little annoyed with the tags of this story. Possessive? Yes, lover? No. Should have horror or trauma in it cause Lordy imma get ptsd if I continue. And is this novel completed? Is this gonna be like another story that I read where the ML beat the MC into submission physical and emotional where it had the ending (jumped to see how it ended) where they end up together but it’s not really love, MC just got used to it so don’t fight it anymore and ML would not hurt him since MC is not fighting it anymore (Had to drop that story can’t remember the name anymore.) and can’t even say that he was “obsessed in love” it was just obsessed to posses him , but there was no love. So it was a really weird ending.(though I guess it better than author suddenly making it romantic and saying “they live happily ever after”) This just reminded me of that so I’m holding on three stars almost going to drop it as well, he don’t treat him as human , not even a little bit, and no one on his side. Just need the spoiler.

Well maybe? I feel like Placebo made me more scared when reading it so even though I read the short story I was unable to read the sequel. It made me uncomfortable. This one feels like it may get worst but maybe not? And the scenes in my mind I do understand it’s wrong so I felt kinda bad but I wasn’t really scared more like worried since it’s unsettling for him to get a “brother” that he seems to be the only one that doesn’t remember.
Tbh, at least placebo had buildup. The ml in placebo tried getting along with the mc before deciding to hypnotize him ‘cause he failed. lol
This story kind of mimicking that, made it boring for me to read. Especially since off the bat, everyone around him was brainwashed into immediately already knowing they were brothers and the fact this guy has not a single sane person to talk to about this with makes it worse.

Literally only here now for the plot line and the smut. I’m all for this author’s art, but so far plots already having it good for the ML without even trying. this guy’s even got sleep inducing spores that come out his body and even makes the mc dream of them having intercourse to set the mcs feelings up in the direction that prepares their relationship to go smooth sailing.
