Maybe try to avoid reading/watching media with those extreme kinks? The more you consume that stuff the more you'll fuel your addiction, and avoiding it for a long period of time would probably help.   reply

Heaven and Hell Roman Company: It just got boring for me. If You Hate Me So: There was rape, not to mention the main characters' relationship was just frustrating.
