can y'all look at my I want to read/reading/finished reading and see if u see a manga that's showing? I hid all of them but I'm not sure I did it to all of them

How do you do that?
when ur about to put a book into ur read/reading/finished reading, just scroll down a bit and click "only visible to yourself" instead of "share to timeline" then press submit :D

You go to mangago settings and then click activity settings and you'll choose what you want to bring set visible or not
