Realistically there is no reason they can't. Chowon said he couldn't get pregnant when he was married so I assume there is a issue with just him. His partner being a beta or alpha, not so much.
Technically it all depend son the manga. In this manga. Betas can not get pregnant period, stated by the author. omegas can only get pregnant through alphas, not by a beta. Unless they are infertile or the alpha is infertile. Hope that helps

This simplest answer is yes. Chow on could, in theory, get pregnant by Kyungsoo since there’s still sperm going into his womb, granted that they aren’t using protection. However, Chowon briefly mentioned not being able to have a child with Dojun which is very concerning because they’re both dominants. I’d say that the issue is with Chowon’s body.
