I mean, is not like he did it because "he liked it", he lived as an slave his whole life and as a free man the only way he found to achieve wealth was sleeping with noble Women (basically taking advantage of his looks), and his only purpose is to free his mom. He wants to have enough money and freedom to take her back to the lands she grew up, and he didn´t fall in love with Vivia because she was a "pure women", but because she treated him kindly, reducing Leonides as a manwhore simply means yall didn´t understand his character

This isn't classist per say but it is incredibly puritanical. He was a SLAVE who only was able to free himself by selling his body through acting and Actually selling his body.
He's not whoring bc he loves sex. He's doing it for connections and to stay alive. Way to horribly misunderstand the entire core themes of this story

No I understand his plight but I don’t like it for her. For another character maybe but not her.

Why? If you don't think he's a whore then why can't they be together.
They're both people forced into a life they didn't choose. Her with her duty and him with his slave status.
I think that makes them uniquely able to understand each other best.
And he has never forced himself on her, he has even rejected the mission the princess gave.
He's an angel tbh. A really good man.
He is putting himself in harms way to protect her. All without ever being with her.

She obviously fell for him. But he was given a mission by tati and he kind of went through with it half way. She fell for him while he was still deceiving her a bit then he told the truth when he developed feelings too. She’s like a princess to me in a fairly tale way, I want her to be chased. If he fell for her first and was trying to fight his emotions then I would like him for her more but he has the upper hand and that makes me mad.

Individually, as a character I like him.
As a love interest I want him to bend the knee to her and her only. Like an obsession. That’s why I like the other guy, he put her on a pedestal. I love that.

Then you should read a different story. You didn't even say that in your og comment. You called him a man whore and talked all about her purity.

Honestly then this story isn´t for you homie, they gave you complex characters and a whole worldbuiding inspired in the Roman empire and even went ahead and explained how they handled slavery and the consequences it had on the peopple just for you to want them to act like they´re in a "fairytail", read an isekai or sm (´-´)

This author is well known for her complex characters and world building. Reducing him to just a "manwhore" is woefully misunderstanding the story here.

I agree with you so much for the past few chapters, since the first few chapters even, every complaint about the ml seemed like a purposeful misunderstanding of his character and the history of when this is taking place
