thank goodness it did not end in a cliffhanger but on the otherhand the fight felt kinda short xD but the time was limited so it makes sense
It actually took longer in the novel I think. I believe he used the seeds on major weakpoints of the monster and used his strength to tie up the vines together. Then, the fire spear was used.
ends up being the story before a reset of time then that would be crazy and awesome xD
