The original heroine (blonde girl) reminds me of the original heroine (black haired girl) from abandoned empress (Disclaimer I did not finish AE I only read up the midpoint of the conflict between original heroine and FL).

So far this hasn't been tagged romance, even on the official webtoon site it's tagged as horror so I'm not too worried about the 'male leads'. I think calling them that refers to their original standings in the novel as she doesn't care about ML #1 anymore. From the current direction this is heading it seems like the relationships that will develop will be primarily the bonds she forms with her classmates (whether it's friendships, allies etc). And idk if she'll want to fall in love any time soon because 1. She doesn't have the time and 2. She's lived through majority of the fluff in the novel and tried to save her love interest hundreds of times with no success

How do these kids just pop out and she has no pain? Also, does she not wear stuff under her skirt? (Not trying to be gross I swear) Because if she is then is it not inconvenient for her? I would assume it'd rip with how fast the child egg things appear.

I think the mom is the one who poisoned her. Currently the mom has all the power, loves wasting money and treating Wishfol badly. The mom deprived the FL of an education even though she knows the FL will become the next head of the family. But if the FL inherits the title the mom can't do this stuff anymore (That's why she wants the FL to be dumb/lazy so she can still control her)
Also, the FL cares about Wishfol. I think she only treats her 'badly' because of her mom. She's super overprotective of her like an older sister would be. And Wishfol seems super sweet and looks like she loves the FL (in a familial way) so I hope she isn't the 'villain'
Me not being surprised because I watched tiktok a while back and I asked a question and one of the novel readers kindly spoiled the true nature of the father for me
