So i read it a loonng time ago and at that time the author was still releasing it little by little but i remember that it was about a girl who was older than a boy like she was in college and he was in highschool (ig) they meet each other at the hospital and he lied to her saying he was in college either cause he was falling in love with her (she was liking him too) but when she finds out she leaves him and they don't talk for years till they finally meet again at a sports stuff that i don't remember.
