tbh im still rooting for emel even after everything cuz like, he did give an explenation in his very short pov while he was leaving. he knew that leaving would be better for the princess , esp when she truly becomes a part of the outside world because then a lot of people would try to hurt her and he wouldnt be able to do anything because he doesnt really have the power to- yes ik he's a knight, but there are a lot of things he cant do even with being a knight-. still rooting for him because he truly loved and loves her. he prolly has a reason for not telling her, he prolly didnt want to say goodbye or anything of the sort but yeh, still with him on this one
