I think if u think of it in the viewpoint of both Jaekyung and Kim Dan 's childhood till how they are now not how the story line it self went in the manhwa, you could see the character growth much bigger than just reading it how it's written. For me I'm pretty much ok how it ended, now Jaekyung have someone who loves them and will be by there side and Kim Dan have someone other than his grandma that will be there for him. And for most ppl having someone in ur life that will stay by ur side no matter what is the goal.
