The problem is sniping. The "uploader" isn't actually the first (original or current) uploader and he keeps on stealing a series that another scanlation group is working on.
Sniping affects the current uploader and very often, forces them to drop the series. The "new" uploader though is often unstable and produces low quality chapters. They often drop it as well after a few chapters sooo,..... yeah.... hold onnn! What if the "sniper" is actually the actual author trying to mess up scanlation groups?>?? HAHHAHHAHHA omg
