What a waste of a read tbh. I cant stand the ML. Hes a little b***h. He just uses the “brother/sister” excuse card, does this CONSTANT push pull its so annoying, is way to over protective of her like the girl cant do anything she wants to experience or enjoy because hes right there and so creepy following her schedule when they already live together and go to school together. I would had liked him if he was never this long “brother” figure in her life. And FL just gave in way to soon about her feelings towards ML and just is like okay and fine the way he treats her and how she can just easily give up her living style for him. Its just a sick role of family dynamic. Like tbh id much rather her be with 2nd ML. Yeah i get he looks like her brother but she even recognized that thats not her brother and never will be and he constantly tries to prove that he isnt either that he is his own person. I feel more at ease and happy when they have scenes together. Also i know they were all young but ew i cant stand when they realized they had a crush on her when she was soooo young.
Alright so here is my 2 cents on the guys:
-Minhyuk hes is a sweetheart and i feel they do balance each other out but only as friends. I mean come on the dude was the first one in her life to make something of his emotions towards her and doesn’t! Just chooses to give up so easily and not acknowledge his feelings for her. Like I get he wants to respect her and that boundary she has placed but he’ll never succeed with that attitude. I dont wish for them to be anything more than just friends so I’ll gladly accept him distancing himself from her right but do hope they can eventually talk things out and grt back to being good friends cause I feel she definitely needs that and that balance.
-Yohan uggghh THE BIGGEST NOOOOO please. I do not like his anything about his character as a person. His personality is dry, i dont like that fact he just does whatever is family tells him to do like him being top student smart im sure all that stems from him just complying with his mom to be the top performer, he does nothing to stand out for me to like him and root for him and ONLY reason she likes this guy is cause hes a top performer nothing else. Like she being as stubborn as she is just lets him easily sway her heart for what? A little bit of kindness??? Like THE GIRL WAS LOCKED IN THE BATHROOM AND HELPED HERSELF OUT but is gonna crumble because “omg top performer gives me an umbrella” give me a break. Ugh he annoys me I genuinely cannot stand when they have interactions. He seems helpless imo.
-Seongbin aaahhhh!! Rooting for you all the way!! I feel so bad for him. He was a little rough in the beginning with his personality but the minute he started to realize his feelings for her i cant! He actually proves himself by going after her, making it obvious he likes her, doing kind things for her. Opens up to her when she ask, pushes himself for him to be recognized by her. Even after getting his heart broken still continues to be kind to her. And honestly good through it in her face with ignoring her and distancing himself and getting up there in the rankings and im sure it wasnt to upset her but he always has tried to do things to win her over so since she likes yohan im sure he is getting 100% to try to surpass him and for her to finally acknowledge seongbin. Please let him be the ML
