I am so full that eating more hurts but my brain keeps thinking about eating and I find it hard to control. I want to keep eating things and it's hard not to. I don't have an appetite for anything but I still want something to eat. I am so full that eating hurts right now.
If you are in a eating mood tonight, take an energetic walk, take a shit, wait a bit (helps to have a goal to distract you like, I can start eating once I read ten pages of blah assignment), then try eating slowly again, small portions with small bites so you can draw full satisfaction from it.
