it's definitely weird but she's clearly got some issues, but she literally explains how she wants to care for yuni to such a degree that yuni sees her as the most important female figure in her life, like a mother. she probably has some mommy issues of her own but that whole scene was meant to show how obsessive fuuko is over yuni. it's not a an ageplay/kink thing.
This is my 3rd time reading this, and it’s still a banger. It’s the only age gap story ive ever liked. The plot is simple, and the romance is messy, passionate and toxic, despite the fact that I lowkey digged that, im glad that they acknowledged their toxic co-dependency for the sake of growth in their relationship.
