If you look up on how many volumes it has. It says about 13 so the translator dropped it. That’s only going off by what I found atm I plan on looking deeper to make sure so I guess I’ll reply to myself later
Ok so here’s the thing it’s really hard for someone who doesn’t normally look for these types of things to find them. from what I found the translator here still dropped it, but I’ve found raws for the manga that go out to chapter 112.

The only part i disliked was the grave rape scene..

Only that? If that is the only thing you disliked and thought it was "slightly sickening" then I worry for you. You didn't mind when in the first story to character was beaten black and blue every time they had sex without his consent. I sometimes like dark and sick stuff too but this takes the cake.
