The only thing I remember from the novel was the last chapter that described their happy ending in the third universe. With their SIX kids. I’m unsure if it was the last but that laws what made me still want to read this going forward
Honestly I feel like he would still misunderstand even though they talked it out, esp when that little lizard leaks the photo of the picture of them “holding hands”
They probably would fix it cuz of the confrontation and all that but oh well
