Not to be that person but Korea really is kinda shit, they debut only the pretty faces without talent sometimes. MC shouldn't need to become a girl to be an idol. The story is interesting but irl this is just too frustrating. I mean I saw a lot of not so conventionally attractive groups from asia but super talented that you wanted to just support them and be a fan. Take SB19 for instance. They weren't exactly attractive when they started but got fans from the start since they're really good.
