I'm looking for a yaoi (for a change)

I remember only the end (if it was, maybe there were more chapters coming later but I didn't know that) because it traumatized me, it was so sad and poetic.
So, two men have finally expressed that they loved each other (or just they can finally be together), and they slept together, and just after, the seme I think, go to the fridge or propose to eat to the uke, and say there's nothing so he's gonna go buy something for them. Okay okay, the seme takes an umbrella (because it's raining or gonna rain) and gets out.
They're smiling and thinking they are blessed to finally be with each other; the uke gets up and walk in the apartment; while the seme is already away with his umbrella and crossing the road, but you hear a car coming and a screeching tires; the uke looks at the window, smiling, just looking at the skie or something; and finally, on the least frame, on the road the fell umbrella (and maybe a blood flow but it could be only my fantasies).

With this horrible end, I don't think, if you have already read it, that you can forget this yaoi (except of course me =_=")

I'm looking for a yaoi.
I don't remember the story, surely 2 friends who ends up together or something. Well, then here my memories:
At the end of the last chapter or almost last, the seme he's meeting a friend (a mutual friend to these 2 guys in love).
I'm pretty sure they're sitting at the counter of a bar, and the friend tell to the seme (because he is suspecting something between them two) something like:
- "you know these moles that (the uke) have on his right kneel, it's really special"
And the seme answer:
- "No, it's not there, it's inside of his left thigh- ah..."
- "...=_="..."
(I'm making up the sentences and moles whereabouts, what's important is that the seme corrects his friend's telling)
And, big akward moment: the friend understood they're in a relationship and the seme understood he's a big looser XD
At this point, the uke arrives and is saying hello what's happening, but nobody is giving him an answer. And that's it ^^

So so so, I'm looking for, I think it was, a yaoi.
It begins with a salaryman who has to move out of his apartement cuz ... well (I'm affraid to mix it with others but...) he was sent overseas/shifted or he just lost his job, something like that (plus I think his girlfriend dumped him because of that, no more money) and he drives up to a lot where there are only some kind of ground floor habitations split in several apartements. He rents now one of them.
There are already 5 others tenants: 2 girls in the same apartement (roommates: friends or sisters), 2 men (not in the same apartement but they're +/- known to be a couple), and a boy, student (university, highschooler?).
The young boy doesn't look like loving the new occupant (the salaryman), and this one is disturbed by that, so he starts to take a liking/interest in the boy. And then,

.
.
Huuh~... I don't know how anymore, BUT it was lame and the whole thing was really funny:
The boy (uke) ends up pushing down the salaryman (seme) because he wanted to know how is it to make love (the reason was "it seems that the male orgasm by prostate stimulation is amazing, I want to try out" or something). Apparently he had already tried to seduce the other men on the lot, without success, they didn't agree XD
That's it, the story starter.

What more can I say?
- It was still ongoing when I was reading it.
- If I remember correctly, the tenants have for habit to dinner all together (it's one of the girls who cooks).
- The story is about the main couple salaryman x boy, but we also read a little about the 2 other men (the seme in a fucking possessive lover and he kind of forces the uke on their relationship). Maybe the two girls too but if it's the case, I didn't read it yet.
- I think the young boy is the landlord's grandchild or nephew, and he's in depression or specially smart, doesn't go to school or doesn't know what to do with his life.
