It’s about the ending.
Man I just finished reading in another site, it’s disappointing. The omega will fly away to have the baby and the alpha will go after him, after that they go back together to Korea and the alpha basically tell his parents they are having a baby together and suddenly their parents will meet and talk, so after it they get engaged, that’s it (╬￣皿￣)凸 and the last chapter they have sex. Man i was thinking it was going another direction or something else cause it had potential for something good, I am so disappointed.

Man, the amount of times I cried with this. I love all stories, but I can get over the last one aaaaaaa ╥﹏╥

I kinda hate their relationship, like he’s too focused on his sister. I don’t really like stories like that where they love their siblings too much like and they end up hurting other people just because of that, I don’t know how to explain, at first it was cute and I liked the story until he had the other girls come to their house and he didn’t talk to them only with his sister and also the talk his dad had to have with him, also I get it he’s trying to avoid her death but man, it’s just a yuck feeling （￣へ￣）
Hey! I'm not trying to tell you not to like a story, but I just wanted to point out some points just in case you are open to more discussion about this manga.
First, Cain is indeed, like you said, too focused on his sister. But he never hurt anyone else first without a reason. The prince that he "almost" hurt, hurts his sister first accompanied with the future he knows how the prince is going to treat his siter, that's why he got so angry at him. But at the later chapter you can see that he is still acting like the prince's big brother, and even thought of a way to make the king and queen notice the prince more by making them.spends more time together like what the prince said he would love to do.
Second, his obssesion to his sister that is kind of the point and plot of the story. Even the said "neglecting" parents and the people around them are shown to fully understand how dangerous his obsession is. The part you said the "yucky" feeling was shown on purpose by the author to describe them as "problem". The author chose to address this problem more specifically by telling Cain that he should not be like that and the adults around Cain tried separate the 2 of them to tend this problem. But even while he was separated from his sister, he never once harm other people. He acts like a gentlemen to everyone and even to the player prince. He supports his dream, and he tried to make the prince into a loving and not-lewd king.
I hope you can see the story as it was intended by the author. The yucky feeling you said was not done to glorify Cain's obsession to his siter, but rather as one of the main problem in the manga. I hope what I write make sense!
Hey! Yeah lol I was just complaining to see if someone else had the same feelings as me while reading this. Also I get what your saying, I do like the story but maybe for knowing that a loot of autors do when it come to sibling’s relationship on manga that I got the yuck feeling lol, and thanks for replying (⌒▽⌒)
For some reason i fell like the side stories are kinda ugly and she Just wanted to do it to finish. Kinda desapointed but it was visible how was going to end. Buuuut lol i Still like the story. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
