I think it's an ABO BL where there's this scene: bottom is omega and top is alpha. They're childhood friends as I remember, they like each other but get miscommunication. Bottom was having seg with top, got pregnant, but when he told the top about it, top wanted it aborted because he thought the bottom impregnanted someone else, not realizing it was the bottom who was pregnant himself.
Time skip the bottom raised the baby, they reencounter, and the rest chapter is how the top realized the baby was his and he tried to get bottom back.
