I’ve hated love triangles for the longest time because the protagonist NEVER chose the love interest I rooted for…. And FINALLY!! FINALLY!! After years of waiting I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the post on tt . TJ endgame? Fantastic give me 40 more seasons of just them please Their relationship was much more fleshed out and emotionally resonant than whatever he had with Jo. Thank fuck
I need a benevolent person to explain the plot I'm kinda confused
i found a pretty good summary

Some of y’all really be struggling out here, so let me break it down for you. Incheol (our MC) works for Lee Myeongsun, one of the big mamas of their political party. He was her number one boy toy and booted out her previous fav (Cha Kwonsu) and got his ass banished to the shadow realm (district 2).
Lee Myeongsun’s got big plans to urbanize shit, which just means she’s making district 2 great again by tearing down old buildings to make bigger, better, more beautiful buildings. But she can’t just bust into people’s homes and be like ‘this is mine now’ and start tearing stuff down, she’s gotta mansplain manipulate or malewife her way into getting that property first, which is why she needs this god damn gym that gets mentioned 200 times a chapter.
Cha Kwonsu was down in District 2 circlejerking for two years, when suddenly Myeongsun switches up on her boys and swaps him with Incheol. This sucks for Incheol because he’s not stupid, and he knows (a) his big mama’s switching up on him (b) Kwonsu and his big mama indirectly are delaying the shit he worked on (like the real estate bill) for other stuff (c) Kwonsu’s gang is icing out Incheol’s faction within the party so he’s not getting the tea when it comes to important meetings and other political bullshit. Kwonsu is also rage baiting Incheol and trying to be mysterious and aura farm by being like ‘yooo you don’t even know about the thing bro’ and when Incheol like ‘what’s the thing’ Kwonsu says ‘aight bet I’m out’ and disappears.
This could be for a lot of different reasons. It’s implied that Incheol was lowkey doing a lot of Myeongsun’s dirty work, so it could be interpreted that he’s a liability now. Maybe Myeongsun and Kwonsu are colluding and handing him an impossible project, so that when he inevitably ‘fails’ they have a legitimate reason to bury him. Or it could be for reasons that haven’t been explained yet. It’s literally been only 17 chapters bro let the author cook
Anyway, apparently Pyeonghwa (out ML) has maxed out his mental strength stats so he is immune to the mansplaining and manipulating (or maybe all those hits to the head killed all his braincells and there’s nothing left in there to mansplain or manipulate). The community won’t pressure him into giving up his gym because they make a lot of money (and have a lot of fun) on/with the “wrestling” matches. All that’s left for Ju “heterosexual but only has sex when his big mama tells him to” Incheol to do is malewife, but unfortunately for us that ass has yet to be cracked (someone get the twinks from jinx or limited run to teach Incheol a little something about selling out).
(also i recommend you to reread everything or at least the last 3-5 chapters it’s really helpful)
Himari? (Bottom) Is very honest and really a little too sheltered. It felt unrealistic but I guess there really are people like this out there. Hence why i find Gaku's (top) behaviour low-key rapey. Consent can't be established when there's ignorance in play. It's not even dubcon it's non on. So weird. And I'm so uneasy now with this stuff and sex sciences with high school students. It was okay when I was a teen myself but now it's kinda disgusting also Himari was high-key misogynistic. Like yikes. Says more about the author than anything.
the problem i have with this comment is you calling Himari misogynistic. He has never put down women, he just gets uncomfortable around them because of his personal experiences. It’s mainly being a shy person because he’s realize women aren’t like his mom and sister. But sure, Gaku’s intentions in the beginning is controversial I can give you that.
Holy schmuck to say they are matching each other's freak is an understatement .The dirty talk is dirty talking, when I usually find it embarrassing, here it's golden! And Yeong? Goodness that man's a hoe in all good ways. And this is surprisingly funny? Like, I've had more than couple lol sessions since I started this, they're so naturally funny and their chemistry? Jeezzz. Where has this manhwa been hiding from me all these years? (You get it? Chapter 26? ) Anyway I'm thoroughly enjoying this. Please don't disappoint me
This was very bittersweet and cute. I really hated the rape scenes cause I feel they were only there to fulfil whatever sick fantasy either the author or some readers had regarding Soongap and his BROTHER. Really disgusting scenes. Skipped them allow they were so unnecessary. Other than that it was a really nice read. I love their relationship even though I didn't like that he kept calling him Master and never not even once did he address him by his actual name nor did Bongchun ever demand it, which I find weird considering he didn't see Soongap as his slave. But whatever.

This is… so good. I’m kinda at a little lost for words. Even though the whole age gap gimmick and insecurities that come with it were not unique, I really enjoy their relationship. They really feel like lovers, friends and everything in between. It’s also quite funny and heartwarming especially season 2. The internal turmoil and conflict is also well handled and I like Hyeonseon’s bits of maturity and pieces of advice from time to time. Related a lot to the age plotline, on whether we really reach a threshold in life where we can’t experience new things. It hits harder as you get older and I think anyone reading this would have different interpretations depending on their age . Also I love the queer culture rep. Very seamless and beautiful. I would love to read more stories like this. It feels quite intimate.
