please don't waste your time. If you loved this story, the characters development and all the emotions.... they ruined in the anime.

Just to clarify - they made the anime based on the original novel and not on the manhwa. But I am pretty disappointed with how it turned out too.
I miss how beautiful their story was... This is just hurtful and pointless.

It was refreshing how the female lead was very "gray" - not a villainess nor a hero-like. Many times I found myself thinking "wow, psycho", but the way the story develops shows how her actions were part of the environment she grew up in, having to protect herself. It was a nice experience, but the plot has a few "holes".. Overall, I liked it.
and I'm so sad that the art changed/became more simplistic - especially the faces.

That was probably the worst thing you could do it's a great story and the development in ch 55 took us all by surprise so promise everything leading up to ch 55 is pretty normal and good lmao
